The hotel did have a playroom and a pool, although the pool was much smaller than it appeared in pictures. The location was convenient, with easy access to mass transportation, restaurants, and shopping. However, the city area where the hotel was located was not particularly nice.
The cleanliness was a major issue. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dust and hair found in the corners, and the shower wall had visible mold stains that were not removed.

We liked the fact that it was central and the rooms were spacious.
I didn't like that the wifi didn't work and that the staff were very unhelpful. They wouldn't even hold the door while we moved our mountain of luggage to the curb for the taxi. Also, we needed to use a washroom when we came to retrieve our luggage from storage. The staff would not let us use one.

The area surrounding the hotel might not be the most attractive or safest, according to some previous guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient, and we had no trouble finding transportation to explore this city. The location in downtown was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. the location of the hotel was convenient, being centrally located and close to various attractions and amenities.
There were a couple of negative aspects. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.
